Bible Reading

DELIGHTING IN THE WORD

Many Christians take an opportunity prior to the beginning of a new year to evaluate their Bible reading habits, spiritual disciplines, and then make necessary changes or begin a Bible reading plan.

Take a look at what Psalm 119 says about the importance of Bible reading:
“How can a young man keep his way pure?  By guarding it according to your word.  With my whole heart I seek you; let me not wander from your commandments!  I have stored up your word in my heart, that I might not sin against you.”
– Psalm 119:9-11 (ESV)

For your convenience, we’ve compiled a list of Bible reading plans from our friends around the internet for you to choose from. Maybe today is the day when you commit to making the scriptures an important part of your day. Perhaps you’ll slow down your reading and instead spend more time considering what you read. Whatever it is you’re looking for in a reading plan, you should find it below. Whatever you do, do it with joy and delight!
