TREVOR HORTON
Lead Pastor
Trevor Horton hails from Rochester, NY, and has dedicated over a decade to vocational ministry. His journey began in 2013 when he felt the call to serve. Over the years, Trevor has worn various hats, having served in worship, youth, and children’s ministry before assuming the role of lead pastor at Cornerstone in 2021.
Core Beliefs: Trevor firmly upholds the inerrancy and infallibility of the Bible. His unwavering conviction is that Jesus chooses us long before we choose Him, and He remains the sole path to Heaven.
Vision for the Church: Trevor’s vision for the church is to faithfully follow God’s plan. Cornerstone aims to grow in faith, seek out the lost, and serve the community as Christ’s hands and feet.
Preaching Passion: Driven by a desire to accurately exegete God’s Word, Trevor’s preaching illuminates who God is and how we should live in response.
Inspiration: Trevor draws inspiration from his utter dependence on Jesus. With love, teaching, and equipping, he empowers the saints to fulfill their divine calling through God’s strength.
The Horton family consists of Trevor and his wife Jennifer, daughter Madeline (Maddie) and sons Grayson and Wesley.
Dennis Ferrell
Elder
Dennis Farrell Elder has worshiped here for 52 years and has held various positions during that time. He has witnessed huge growth periods and also lean years during his 52 years.
Dennis believes that we are experiencing a very close unity in the body of Christ at this present time.
